What kind of foam do you use?

We use a variety of high quality closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foams with different properties and densities for different applications, the three most common being: Zotefoams, Cross-linked XP, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). Zotefoams are preferred in the aerospace and aviation industries because of their nitrogen infusion (no off-gassing) and high resistance to chemicals, oils, and solvents. Cross-linked XP is a very versatile and affordable option for many applications while still maintaining high quality. ESD foam includes conductive additives to prevent static build up and is critical for protecting sensitive electrical equipment.

Can you color match foam to specific colors?

Yes, it is possible to color match; however minimum quantities apply. Please feel free to contact us. Most of our customers use one of our standard colors, which can be viewed on our Foam Solutions page.

What brand cases do you use?

We like to say that we are case agnostic. We use various brand cases based on customer requirements and usable interior volume. If you have a specific case in mind we can usually design to that case, or make a recommendation on a case that may better suit the needs of your specific design. Some of the brands that we use frequently are Pelican, Pelican Storm, SKB, Nanuk, Explorer, and Seahorse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we frequently ship internationally. We also have partners in Europe who use our same technology and may be a resource depending on your global region.
